The Log Cabin will indeed accommodate one or two people or one couple most comfortable - there is a Queen bed upstairs and a Queen sleeper sofa downstairs; there is only one bathroom and it is on the upstairs level. The cabin will also accommodate a family of four, but we are unable to take children under 14 and/or pets. Our absolute maximum occupancy is four. We are not handicapped accessible, as the cabin was built in 1934.
When you book with us, you are booking the entire cabin. We always require a 2-night minimum for each booking. We book primarily by the weekend, the week, or the month.
December rates are higher and December is not available for monthly rental. Monthly rentals require a $500 damage deposit which will be refunded if there is no damage at the end of the rental term. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental. Basic cable is included in all rentals. Expanded/full cable and wireless internet service is available for an additional $130.00 per month. Weekly cleanings are available for an additional $25.00 per clean.

Reservations:
All rentals must be prepaid within 7 days of booking by visa, mastercard, or certified check.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are refundable only if we are able to re-book the days cancelled.

Restrictions: The Log Cabin has a no-smoking policy inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted, however, on the downstairs porches and dock area. Sorry, no pets. No children under 14.
